Arsen — your friendly ear
Hi — I'm Arsen

Sometimes you just need someone to talk to.

A calm, anonymous place to be heard — at 3am, on a hard Sunday, or any time the noise gets too loud. No judgement. No bill. Just a conversation.

If you are in immediate danger or thinking of hurting yourself, please call 988 (US), 116 123 (UK/IE) or 112 (EU) right now. You deserve real, trained support.

Anonymous

No real name needed. We don't share your conversations.

Always open

Any hour. Any day. You don't have to wait until morning.

No judgement

Bring the messy version. That's the one we want to hear.

Safety first

If things feel unsafe, you'll be pointed straight to real help.

About the Founder
Arsen Dimitriou — founder

My name is Arsen Dimitriou

Entrepreneur, community builder, and advocate for helping people find hope during life's most difficult moments.

Throughout my journey, I have experienced both success and adversity. Like many people, I have faced challenges, setbacks, uncertainty, and periods that tested my resilience. These experiences taught me an important lesson: no one should have to struggle alone.

I created this platform with a simple mission — to provide support, guidance, and a safe place for people who may be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or hopeless. Sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one person who listens, or one moment of support to change the direction of a life.

This website is built on the belief that every life has value, every story matters, and every person deserves access to help when they need it most.

Whether you're reaching out for yourself or for someone you care about, know that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. There is always hope, and there are always people willing to listen.

Together, we can create a world where no one feels alone in their darkest moments.

How it works

Three quiet steps. That's it.

01

Open the line

Tap 'Start talking'. Give a first name if you want — or don't.

02

Say what's on top

Anything. A bad day. A long week. Something you've never said out loud.

03

Be heard

I'll listen, reflect, and stay with you. No fixing. No lectures.

This is not a crisis line.

I'm just a person on the other end of a screen — here to listen and sit with you. If you're in danger, thinking of hurting yourself, or scared for your safety, please reach a trained crisis line. They are free, confidential, and there for exactly this.

Whatever it is — you can say it here.

The line is open. Take your time.
